Thank you! I do testosterone injection weekly, small dose and it has helped my ability to build muscle mass. Doing many things but that helped energy and muscle for sure

I cut my esterdial gel down in half on my own . I was gaining weight , probably water weight . I got off the patch , I can’t adjust them as much & they fall off and leave marks on my skin .

I’ve been on.0375 patch and 200 mg progesterone for 9 mo. My ultrasound is showing adenomyosis. I’m having horrible cramping. Post menopausal. This may not be for me unfortunately!🥲

I use the Evamist pump spray. It allows me to increase up or go down daily between 1-3 pumps a day. I LOVE it. I like having the daily control. I feel great. I get it through My Alloy.

OMG! I am exactly the same, more estrogen naturally in the summer and it tanks from Sept to April. Thought I was going crazy. I’m experimenting w/dosages and get my own blood draws too.Thx!

Instantly that I’m off again. Does that mean too high or too low estrogen. I’m thinking I may cut the patch. I never thought of doing this. Every appt with Dr is over 500.00. Can’t keep calling her

Talk about timing. I literally just went to have blood work done for HRT. Are pellet injectables not a good option. I haven't started or signed anything, just did blood work. I'm nervous

Drs always suggest going up a dose never to go down. I’m great on a lower dose. Thank you for sharing all this info. It’s hard to get the right dose. Its stable for a few months then goes wobbly again

Thank you for this! My oat h dosage was increased Nd developed a spare tire within 3 weeks. I am dial it back to the minimal dosage i was on.
