Shouldn't you just be eating the fruit instead? If you put in a blender doesn't it lose the fiber contents?

I'm kinda surprised at the BMI changes considering the concentrated calories in juices. I could drink a gallan of apple juice, but couldn't eat more than prob 1 whole apple.
