If students talk during instruction, I always offer them to teach the lesson since they know it! And when they say no, “maybe we should be quietly paying attention instead of talking then”

I used to have my preschool kiddos take turns leading Circle Time so I could clean the tables and take pics for Dojo. They LOVED it.
