for kuih talam some maker make it a bit salty on the coconut layer at the top & sweet on the lower layer. I like it that way 😊 & we have many type of talam 😋

For the kuih talam, you need to make sure in each bite you take the two layer: the salty white coconut layer and the sweet green pandan layer. Then the magic happens
