I like some aspects in theory, but from a legal standpoint there’s a million loopholes that need to be closed. I don’t like the insane debtor aspect. Even if I find cheating/abuse abhorrent. 1/3

No one seems to understand how civil cases work. If one convinces the arbitrator it’s 1% more likely true than false, you lose everything. Add to it “if one accuses the other and can’t prove it beyond and doubt, the accused gets everything
