I had candida overgrowth did a sugar fast and never had it again. have to stop eating stuff that feeds the yeast when it's in overgrowth give it time to heal.

oh do yours come in go Mines use to appear one day and last like 3 days and be gon and then repeat it the next week was so weird and they moved within hours from under my tongue to top

Treatment: Enstilar; Calcipotriol and Betamethasone spray foam, only thing that worked for me. It’s basically a rash on the tongue so topical steroid works in this form. Also lots of B12

You eat a lot of spicy foods don’t you. It’s the candy that got me. I hate when my tip is inflammed. We cousins cause I be acting the same. 🤣😂
