If the law requires they show the paperwork within 24 hours and they have legal papers why not show the papers now if you didn't do anything wrong?

Well, generally it’s about transporting from one farm to another. The state veterinarian will have the copies. All coggins are sent electronically to the state now. 💯

So here in MN if the horse is from the state and being sold in the state there is no coggins required. Only if horse crosses the state border.

what I got from all the videos was....the rescue and kawyer asking them to identify the six horses they needed papers on....and ag could not

you should never move a horse from one facility to another without a negative coggins test. horses should have had blood drawn and a picture drawn of each horse by a veterinarian before moving them
