![🕌 Ramadan Series: Iftar Recipe - 2 ✨ Chicken and Vegetable Spring Roll * Wonton wrappers/filo pastry * Cabbage - 1 Half - shredded * Carrot - 1/2 cups - grated * Chicken - 1 whole breast * Onion - 1/3 Cup (Minced) * Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp * Ginger Paste - 1 tbsp * Soya sauce - 3 tbsp * Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp * Garlic, onion (minced) * Salt, black pepper, chili flakes, green chili [As per your taste] ⭐️ Direction : 1. Boil the chicken breast with salt. Keep the chicken stock. Then shred the chicken by hand or fork. 2. In a saucepan, put some oil, sauté - onion, garlic paste, ginger paste, soya sauce, and tomato sauce cook for some time. Then put shredded cabbage, carrots, and chicken stock and let the vegetables cook. 3. Then put shredded chicken, and chilli flakes, and cook until the cabbages are cooked and soft. Finally, add green chili and black pepper. 4. Use hand made wrapper or store-bought wrapper, put a good amount of the filling, and seal the spring rolls with flour-water mixture. Deep fry. ✨How to Store: Put the spring rolls in a tray, and keep it in a deep fridge. After 1 day when the spring rolls are frozen, keep them in a container or ziplock bag.
