@cookinginthemidwest: Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Bites dipped in pumpkin and salted caramel cream cheese icing is easy to make and so good! INGREDIENTS King’s Hawaiian Soft Pretzel Bites 4 tbsp melted butter 1/2 cup sugar 1 tbsp cinnamon 8 oz cream cheese 1 cup powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup pure pumpkin Pumpkin pie spice Caramel 1/2 tsp sea salt INSTRUCTIONS In a large bowl combine King’s Hawaiian Soft Pretzel Bites, 4 tbsp of melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Shake pretzel bites around in the bowl until they are well coated in cinnamon sugar. Place King’s Hawaiian Soft Pretzel Bites on a sheet pan and bake in the oven following the directions on the package. In a bowl combine cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. Use a hand mixer to mix everything together. Separate the cream cheese icing into two smaller bowls. For the pumpkin cream cheese icing, add 1/4 cup of pure pumpkin and some pumpkin spice seasoning. Stir well. For the salted caramel icing, add some caramel sauce and about 1/2 tsp of sea salt. Stir well.
