Both of mine take their showers before bed. It’s just too much stress to do all that in the morning. I’m a teacher at different school than my kids attend, there’s no way I would attempt A.M showers!

night time showers. set a 15 minute timer. and make them pay for a chunk of the water bill if they can't respect the rules.

Maybe showers at night time …. Until they listen to time to get out. Also put a timer in the bathroom when it dings at night needs to know times up. Good luck.

My dad would leave me at home and literally strike the fear of god into me bc I thought I’d get in trouble if I didn’t go to school (he’d always swing back around lol)

My kids are 100% independent getting up and out the door. I can completely sleep in if I want. Been that way since 3-4th grade. If they are late and I have to drive them, they pay fines to cover costs
