I put apple cider vinegar mixed with 3 parts water. leave it on for a few minutes. It works wonders!! Better than the shampoo

My husband washes his hair w baking soda and rinse w apple cider vinegar and his went completely away years of dermatologist treatments never worked unfortunately

Do Not use head and shoulders or selson blue if they still make it, it covers it and then makes it worse. You need a prescription from your dermatologist.

Had that for years with bad flare up in winter and nothing helped or reduced it until an old lady told me to eat Greek yogurt every day and it started to clear up so to this day it’s still clear

What almost completely cured mine is Dercos from Vichy (green one) - intense treatment where you wash you hair with it EVERYDAY for 5-7 days, and then regurlaly use it everytime it’s hair wash day ✨

what helped mine ( been battling with it for 3 years now) is repur already and apple cidar vinegar shampoo 2x/week and nizoral 1x/week. worked WONDERS

I have also heard malassezia yeast is fed by sugar! So if you cut sugar it ends up getting more manageable
