I have clear braces too and they can go stained if u eat strong coloured foods, for example curries etc then they may go stained just thought I would warn u but hope it all goes well xx

I’m 7 weeks into mine and the worst part is just the taking it out for snacking thing. but I’ve already noticed such a difference and they’re so convenient otherwise!
