@stephanyvicx: Here’s everything I made for my client on this day. ✨ I started the day by making green juices to have in the fridge for the next couple of days. I then started prepping all of my ingredients/ sauces for dinner. I unexpectedly had to make a soup for my client who wasn’t feeling well and needed something warm plus hydrating. Working with what I had on hand I prepared a simple ginger and turmeric chicken soup with rice noodles. At dinner time I served a baby gem salad topped with radishes, pan seared hearts of palm, snow peas and a green goddess dressing as an appetizer For the main dish I served roasted yellow potato wedges, grilled asparagus and grilled skirt steak topped with a pistachio vinaigrette ✨ #privatechef #cooking #cheflife #Foodie
