When you see fat loss online it can make it look so easy, but Losing fat is hard. It inherently involves restriction, and I’m not gonna lie, this makes it pretty shit You will likely need to track your food intake, or follow a set of rules in order to lose fat. Which means you won’t be able to eat or drink whatever you want for a period of time. You can still include the foods that you enjoy in moderation, but realistically some level of reduction to your normal food intake, will be needed. You will likely have periods where you’re hungry, have cravings and probably want to give up. When this happens you have to be kind with yourself and smart in your approach- you don’t have to keep restricting yourself for months on end until you hit your goal weight. Becasue that approach can lead to binges, rebounds and potentially you giving up. Utilising strategies along the way like diet breaks, alternating calorie days and generally just allowing yourself to be flexible within the process, can make fat loss a little bit easier. You have to remember that fat loss is just for a period of time, it’s not forever. If you can accept that fat loss will be hard at certain points, but you can dial in for a period of time and be sensible along the way, you can achieve great results.
