@tiabhuva: For a long time, I felt trapped by what I thought my content should be. I love sarees and always will but I struggled with the pressure to stick to one thing, especially on days my heart wasn’t in it. Recently though, I’ve found joy in painting. I’m definitely an amateur, but it brings me so much happiness, so I figured I’d share that part of myself here too. I’ve watched Bob Ross since I was a kid and found his videos again. His paintings are pure therapy. So many times while painting, I felt like I messed up beyond repair, but as Bob always says, “There are no mistakes, only happy accidents.” I’ve realized that things are only unfixable if you give up.
