* Please read if you purchased Apple Picking slime between 9/15-9/16 Hi everyone, We want to sincerely apologize to those of you who purchased this slime between September 15th and 16th. We’ve received some feedback that the red coating on the clay pieces seems to have melted during transit and ended up sticking to your hands. We’re truly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. We noticed that the red coating became softer in the container and initially thought it was reacting to the moisture inside. At that time, letting the clay dry for 5-10 minutes fixed the issue, so we believed this would resolve the problem. We always try to be transparent when there’s an issue with our slimes, but unfortunately, it is our fault that we missed this during testing and didn’t notify you sooner. We deeply regret not catching it earlier. In the past, we’ve used this same method and coloring for other slimes, like Santa’s Ice Cream Cake, without any issues, so we didn’t anticipate any problems this time. The good news is that we’ve now fixed the clay coating formula, and the red coating no longer melts or sticks to your hands. If you purchased the Apple Picking slime from our 9/22 restock, you’ll receive the updated version.
