It’s nothing wrong with getting it checked out now. Early intervention is key! I had my son checked around her age. They said he was fine. He was just diagnosed level 1 high functioning autism at 13

Yea people use to tell me the same thing like they move at their own pace and stuff like that but as a mom you just know and many ppl think that “not really talking” is the main symptom of autism and

One of my twins had the same issues when he was in daycare. He got evaluated and was deemed not autistic but he did receive speech therapy because he didn’t start talking until Almost 3.

Ms.Rachel is very good show for his with her situation My son has Autism but yet TV an YouTube learned him to speak many words as we helps him a lot too an now at 9 yrs old we still dnt no some stuff

The fact that ur even willing to take her to the Dr to start this process is great.IF she is diagnosed then early intervention is good.every1 is diff so she may just need speech therapy.

Give her til about she’s 1 ina half. You’ll see a huge difference, minus the interaction with other children my baby was the same way. I also noticed every since I got her off the pacifier she started talking more too

you is a wonderful mom I think that she or needs speech therapy cuz my daughter was delayed too and she only speak therapy and she talking very good and then two she ain't daycare too

Omg my daughters name is Rayne and I’m going through this same problem now! Word for word… they told me if she doesn’t say much words by 18 months go to speech therapy but did she become more social & talk more later on. She just started daycare at 16 months so I’m hoping that helps her a little more but any advice???
