I worked for JCrew of all brands, and had a direct manager who had ZERO CLUE you have to CUT YOUR VENT STITCHES 🤡🤡🤡

pockets were also traditionally stixhed closed to hold its shape until purchased 🙈 the amount of friends who thought their coats had fake pockets and I unstiched them 🙈😂
