U gotta define what being “healthy” means to u, i just focus on lean protein and ez digesting carbs like rice nd fats from the whole foods u eat

Yeah information is contradicting, there are many interested parties. Still, it is possible to find out what is healthy. Personally, better to have some fish or meat or cooked veggies than any grains
