I feel like this makes sense bc it’s like working out. Most women lose more fat when they do strength training and Pilates vs hard intense crazy cardio. It’s like we respond better to less stress.

As someone who completed 75hard, it was HARD. However cycle syncing my workouts and meals played a huge role into my success. Would I do it again? Hell no, but I’m grateful for the mental discipline🤎

As someone who complete the 75 hard. It helped me build mental strength. I opted for 80/20 diet and low impact exercises most days. It was life changing. The gallon of water was the most intense rule.

Imo the 75 hard is a great thing it’s for both genders to start a healthy routine for yourself& Gaining knowledge daily. Everyone needs to do some form of workout 3-5 x a week, even if it’s a 30 min

You can do the 75 Soft or 75 Flex if you don’t want to do 75 Hard. Also, you can eat what you want regardless of plan so long as it’s balanced.
