I can't eat soy. I just use gravy browning for the "dark soy" and soy free for the taste.

I tried this recipe with 2 minute microwave long grain rice straight out of the bag. It seems to work ok.

I have 500g of MSFG In the cupboard not just for Asian dishes, it's excellent for loads of savoury recipes. And I'm white British..😂😂
