I really like the Loop ear plugs. They are super small and act just like ear protection. They are in the ear type. So depends on your preference. Huge plus is they are super compact!

I have had 2 babies with severe acid reflux and "extreme colic". propping him up is amazing same with the side to side swing. my kids both needed reflux medication and had silent aspiration.
