Since Stick of Butter Rice was a big hit at the house, I decided to try Oven Chicken & Rice to see how they’d like it. I must say that It Did Not Disappoint!! It tastes wayyyyy better than Stick of Butter rice. Y’all better🏃🏾‍♀️, don’t🚶🏾‍♀️, to the grocery store, grab what you need and get them pots to rattling!! Oven Chicken & Rice Ingredients: 1 pk chicken drumsticks or thighs 8 cups water 2 tablespoons better than bouillon chicken base Chef Merito chicken seasoning Adobo all purpose seasoning Ground turmeric  Garlic and onion powder  1 red & 1 green bell pepper, diced  1 medium onion, diced 5 garlic cloves, minced 2 cups jasmine rice, washed and uncooked  3 bay leaf  Herbs de Provence Paprika Stick of butter Directions: 1. Clean chicken then add to large pot filled with water. Add better than bouillon chicken, all purpose seasoning, turmeric, chicken seasoning, garlic & onion powder. Boil chicken until done. Remove from pot and lightly shred. DO NOT DISCARD CHICKEN STOCK!! 2. Sauté onion, garlic and peppers in oil or butter.  3. Add rice to baking dish. Pour in 4 cups of chicken stock. Add in shredded chicken, sautéed veggies, bay leaf, herbs de Provence and paprika. Add in extra seasonings if desired. (I added in a small bit of each seasoning used in the stock) 4. Top with a stick of butter and cover with foil. Bake on 350° for 30mins.
