The Proposal  Loving the newest variation to the Torso Twist series.  I was at @@CB Fit | Lagree & Climb Studio  this weekend leading a MiniPro Training and we were going over moves and as I was introducing this move @brittcary yelled “The Proposal” and that is the perfect name for this move! So get down on one knee and get ready to fall in love with this new variation.  This move is fantastic because you get the added core boost by having your stability challenged being up on one knee. 🔥Resistance: 3-4 light springs (1 gray on a Mini) 🔥Duration: Starts at a minute 🔥Form/Alignment/Movement:  * Facing forward with knee of the working oblique down and other knee forward with foot anchored in line with the hip in front * MUST anchor back foot into the back pocket on the carriage or ring of fire to prevent falling * Arms extend straight out in front of the torso  * Hips DO NOT move  * Rotation comes from the torso/waistline towards the cable side  * The focus oblique is the one closest to the cable 🔥Variations: Halfway pulse with the pulse coming from the oblique 🔥Pairing: Kneeling torso twist, Single leg kneeling torso twist, Forward Facing Torso Twist, Kneeling Forward Facing Torso Twist  🔥Tempo: Super slow, starting at a 4 count in and out. Once you master a 4 count aim for a 8-10 count! 💫Modifications: Lessen the spring resistance and/or limit range of motion. You can also keep both knees down for more stability.
