@theapron41: RASGULLA super spongy and juicy !!! method:- · Take 1 liter of full-fat milk, bring it to a boil in a heavy-bottomed pan. · Once the milk comes to a boil, remove from heat. · Mix equale amount of vinegar and water together and Start adding while continuously stirring the milk. · The milk will begin to curdle, Now, strain the curdled milk through a muslin cloth or a fine sieve. · Rinse the chhena under cold water to remove the sourness. · Hang the for 30 minutes to let any remaining water drain out. · Then Start kneading with the heel of your palm. · Knead until the becomes smooth, soft, and free from any grainy texture. · Divide and Roll them into smooth,crack-free balls. · Making the Syrup, add 1 of sugar and 5 cups of water. ·  then add 5-6 cardamom pods for added flavor. · when syrup boiling add the balls slowly . · Cook 4-5 minutes without lid and Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 12-15 minutes. · The balls will double in size as they absorb the syrup and cook through. ·  Once the rasgullas are cooked, turn off the heat and let them rest in the syrup for at least 2-3 hours. #rasgulla #rasgulle #rasgullalover #rasgullachallenge #spongyrasgulla @theapron41 #fyp
