On the Turan 1 there's an extra road weel in the front if i remember correctly it helps to go up on hills and other things .

I knew all the bits & how it all works but I’ve just realised how impossibly wrong I was that ‘road wheels’ allowed a tank to run on them without tracks so roads wouldn’t be damaged. I’m a ninny

1.BT series had roadwheels for...road. t 34 could also do it but it was not reccomended. sometimes(like in few ussr KV 85 series prots) there was a second idler as a smaller IS wheel near sprocket.
