Ingredients: - 500g Label 60 Frozen Chicken Escalope - Onion - Bell Pepper  - Pineapple - 4 tsp Barbecue Sauce - 1 tsp Salt - 0.5 tsp Pepper - 1 tsp Paprika - 0.25 tsp Chili Powder (optional)  - 1 tsp Garlic Granules - Oil  - Barbecue Sauce (for brushing)  How to make this: 1/ Thaw the Label 60 chicken escalope and cut into pieces.  2/ Marinate with barbecue sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder and garlic granules. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.  3/ Cut the onion, bell pepper and pineapple around the same size as the chicken pieces. Separate the onion layers. You can use different colored bell pepper or just one color, up to you.  4/ Soak the skewers for around 25-30 minutes in hot water.  5/ Thread the skewers with the chicken pieces, onion, bell peppers and pineapple.  6/ Spray or brush oil on a hot plate. Place the skewers and cook for 8-10 mins on each side. Brush with barbecue sauce every now and then.
