@aflouryspace: A mini korean feast for 2! 🍢 Gochujang Chicken Skewers (Baked in Modori’s Sodam Large Cook Tray) 260g chicken fillet 1 large scallion (cut into short stalks) 1 garlic, minced 1 tbsp avocado oil 1/2 tbsp gochugaru (reduce if you can’t take spice) 1.5 tbsp gochujang 1 tbsp soy sauce 1/2 tbsp honey 1 tsp black pepper 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tsp sesame oil 1/4 cup water 1. Marinate for at least 30 minutes before skewering the chicken. 2. Layer them on a cooking tray with a fitted wire rack so the chicken won’t get baked in their juices and turn mushy. 3. Bake at 220 deg C for 10 minutes. Turn the skewers to the other side and spread the remaining sauce. Bake for another 8-10 minutes. 🍚 Kimchi Fried Rice (Served in Modori’s Sodam Small Cook Tray) 1 cup rice, uncooked (you can also use leftover rice) Half an onion 3 slices of ham 1/2 cup of finely chopped kimchi 1/8 cup kimchi brine 1.5 - 2 tbsp soy sauce (add more if you want it saltier) dash of white pepper 2 tsp sesame oil roasted seaweed (optional) green parts of scallions (optional) 🍳 Egg rolls - I used 4 eggs which is just the right amount for 2 pax! (Used Modori’s Goodle Square Egg Pan) #koreanfood #sgfoodie #DinnerIdeas #EasyRecipe #modori @Blank Home Singapore
