@seannalewanyj: These "percentage" videos are one of the worst trends circulating around right now on fitness social media. I have no idea where people get these numbers from, but they're completely made up and based on absolutely nothing. It's just another example of lazy cookie cutter content that gets passed around like a game of telephone and doesn't help anyone. Exercise comparisons almost always require nuance and can't be perfectly fit into black and white boxes of "do this" versus "don't do this". But the way these reels are portrayed makes it seem like the variation featured is the only one anyone should include in their workouts. Just consider these types of videos as automatic disqualifiers. As in, anyone posting this stuff either has no clue what they're talking about, or they DO have a clue but are just more concerned with trying to go viral than actually putting out quality information. #Fitness #gym #workout #bodybuilding #buildmuscle
