Keep your heels down and put your weight into your feet! It’ll stop you from bouncing! It took me years to learn to not bounce at a sitting trot. Hope this helps! 🥰

Normal try and avoid joining the tiktok trainers but you’re actually safer the closer you are to the back of a horse (to a degree), they have less time / space to build force :)
