I’ve been applying since February to more jobs than I can imagine. It is now the end of September and I just got hired as a panel control technician. IT TOOK ME 8 MONTHS TO GET HIRED

Something needs to be done about this. I was lucky to find the job I have now but I only found it because I knew someone who worked there. Before that I applied to over 100 places.

There's a reason for the permanent "we're hiring" signs. But I legit can't remember what it was. But as someone working, we always need workers. But corp is like "we don't have the hours to spare" 1)
