I'm 37 too, just saw my doctor & while there addressed my sudden non-comodone acne, it's bad. She said that it's likely hormone fluctuations & to treat it with acne wash & spot treatments 😭🤦🏼♀️!!

I feel your pain…. I didn’t get my first blemish until I was 50… the struggle is real. Forehead is stress, around mouth and chin is hormonal and cheekbone area is dietary. 🖤

as we get older i heard that our estrogen levels decline and testosterone increase which can cause hormonal acne. your GP can order a hormone panel and test them! after that find a good dermatologist!
