I’m pretty sure that McDonald’s iced coffee is pre-sweetened, so not putting sugar in wouldn’t really change the taste at all.

So theoretically, if it’s a vanilla wouldn’t they put vanilla flavoring in there which also sugar in there, but I don’t know if that works

So if you're getting a plain iced coffee they use sugar. If you're getting a flavored one, the flavor is sweetened, they don't put in additional sugar.
