Had my diep flap on 9/17. Very happy with my results. It’s a tough recovery in the beginning but so worth it in the long run. You got this!

I did expanders and implants first then did diep flap and I wish I would have done it first. they are SO much more comfortable. feel like mine.

Please reconsider this choice. I know it is your choice, but Diep, or tram if your surgeon ends up having to do that is a very invasive surgery. I had this done in 2018 and it has 1/2
