@dingnewscorp: BREAKING: The Howard Frankland Bridge in Tampa Bay has been closed as Hurricane Helene lashes Florida’s west coast. Now a Category 3 hurricane with 125 mph winds, Helene is expected to strengthen to Category 4 before making landfall in the Big Bend region. Tampa Bay is already experiencing storm surge and high winds, prompting the closure of the Howard Frankland and Skyway Bridges, as well as the Courtney Campbell Causeway. Residents are urged to stay off the roads, as storm surge warnings predict up to 15 feet of water in some areas. Evacuations are underway across several counties. Stay safe, Florida.
