@_journeyofamother: For CONTEXT - Friday Last week I decided to try to cut out Eleris mid night feed as help her self sooth as she is 15 months and so reliant on the boob to get her back to sleep. She had a big feed before bed and I fed her when she woke up but this lead to mastitis which lead to sepsis very quickly! I refused to feed her at 3am for a 10 minute comfort feed but I didnt abandon her, I cuddled her and shh’d her back to sleep. She was fine and she actually went back to sleep in minutes!
