yea 100% agree cam car won't be found at fault, however from the sound, it was loud peddle (approaching), and only apply break once they enter. Cam car demonstrated no caution approaching a hazard.

I don't disagree about liability. The cam car isn't the most observant, as we saw a few seconds before when it didn't give much space to the other manoeuvring car.
