I don’t mind the peach & I dissolve it in a tiny bit of hot water before adding cold water & ice, gets rid of the bits. I was just disappointed with how much is in it, I really don’t think it provides

I can't have it with being on a anticoagulant (warfarin) and my rheumatoid meds.I would love to find something to help my bloating.I'm on ozempic and plays havoc with my stomach I'm sure it would help
