Homemade is always better. These chocolate chip muffins can’t be faulted. I personally have never tried supermarket muffins from the bakery section. For some reason I can’t bring myself to. These are almost one bowl and so easy to make. What would you prefer? Recipe below ⬇️ Ingredients 160gm brown sugar 2 eggs 200ml milk 60ml vegetable oil 60gm salted butter melted 1tsp vanilla 1tsp instant coffee 1tsp white vinegar 200gm mashed bananas (about 3small very ripe) 250gm self raising flour 1/3 cup cocoa powder 150gm block chocolate (I used dark) roughly chopped Extra mini choc chips Preheat oven to 200 degrees fan forced. - Whisk brown sugar and eggs for 5min till creamy and pale. Or use electric beaters and beat for 2min - Add the milk, oil, butter, vanilla, vinegar, coffee and bananas. Beat well. - Gently add the SR flour and cocoa and mix till just combined. Add chopped choc and mix. - spoon in to muffin liners. Make a space between beach muffin hole to allow the muffins to rise freely. -Add extra choc chips on each one - Place in the preheated oven for 7min on 200 degrees fan forced and then 20min on 160 degrees fan -Remove from tray and allow to cool on a wire tray. #chocmuffins #lunchboxideas #kids #fyp
