That’s super cheap but the aftercare part is scary to me. That you can get an infection unaddressed. Or what if it was something more serious? Glad you were able to get your meds & you are healthy!!

I believe the US is the only country that doesn't. I take all my prescription print outs to Europe and bring back refills of all for months.

if you get the medicine in the U.S. I can imagine how much will you pay for that. Moreover in Argentina if you visit any public clinic and you get a prescription they will give you a medicine free.

Just go to a private hospital ER. Consultation should be about 12$. If you need Dx tests, it can range between 40-100$. La costa Artigas, Migone, San Roque…

I couldn't even get my own doctor to give me stronger antibiotics when I was sick. kept telling me I'm fine and it takes time... 3 days later sepsis in the ER and an overnight stay in the hospital.

In Portugal you can get a refill of a Rx from another country if you bring in your container with the pharmacy label from your home country.

If you need to go in urgency here in Paraguay you can, you need just to buy the medicine (if the hospital don’t have) and the surgery is free.

I needed antibiotics in the Philippines and got them with no prescription after explaining to the pharmacist how I know I need antibiotics. It doesn't have to be so hard like in the US...
