I do this and spray it on my body all the time. if it stings a little its because we are magnesium deficiency. but it does work

I made some & sprayed it on my leggs & it stung my legs so badly, I had to rinse it off. I looked it up & apparently this can happen if you’re magnesium deficient.

maybe for the ladies that are using it and drying out, you can add glycerine and aloe vera along with the castor oil

I didn’t think to add castor oil. The magnesium spray I got online dries out my feet so much. CO may help reduce/prevent this.

none of this is easy! here in Quebec, obtaining real magnesium just like many natural products is almost impossible unless you sell a kidney😂
