Your pelvic floor alone does not really exert a lot of its own “strength.” It heavily relies on the system around it for that. #hips #innerthighs #pelvicmobility #glutes All of those are crucial to the pelvic floor. So if you are working through #prolapse #hypertonicpelvicfloor #pelvicpain #prolapse …. Then it is so important that you exit the silo model of kegels all day. That will not get you too far in your healing at all. This exercise is a #gluteworkout, a #coreworkout, #hipmobility, #spine #mobility, #innerthighworkout and also mimics walking to some degree.
