Trust me, wear retainer for forever is better than the braces itself 😔 I’ll wear my retainer until I’m become a ghost. Braces hurt so bad 😢😭

24/7 the first month then just for sleeping, if you feel that your teeth hurt for more than a 2 minutes you go back wearing them 24/7, after a year you suppose to leave them. don't panick
