she's definitely not lying. have adhd too and i'm the same way. i shared a hotel room with my sister once for three days and it was so overstimulating i had a full meltdown after coming back home

As an adhd person who travels to work conventions, I only go with other adhd people so there is the mutual understanding that we do not talk to each other for a period of time after the con closes. We need the recharge time. I’m stressed just imagining this scenario 😭

nah there was certain points during cons that I was practicly comatose because all the noise, crowds and tons of other simulation just shorted my brain and my body felt like I ran miles.
