you can watch some old miles mckenna videos on youtube, he struggped with the same problem and talked about it a lot to normalise it, very sweet very wholesome guy

If you're not down for accutane, I'm a cis woman that had HORRIBLE hormonal acne later in my 20's and I started drinking HELLA water and washing with Castile soap and it's the ONLY thing that helped.

i always remember that concoction that miles mckenna made for his with that clay mask and apple cider vinegar. it seems like it did wonders for him and i wonder if anyone else has had luck with it??
