Details below, and don’t forget to use code MARINO when stocking up on any of these at @myprotein ! 7am: Myprotein Collagen coffee - Collagen is great for strengthening connective tissue, bones and hair 8am: 5-6 eggs omelette with avocado 11am: Myprotein complete nutrition shake with berries - perfect for a quick and easy high protein meal 2pm: Chicken & rice bowl - currently using black rice as it’s nutrient dense and tastes great 3pm: PWO & workout 5pm: Steak & potatoes - a classic 8pm: Greek yogurt bowl - slow release protein before bed, plus it’s a healthy dessert alternative and can satisfy that sweet tooth! I’m still hoping to lose a little more weight over the next few months while still keeping my strength and training endurance up, slowly but surely getting there!

Good job but if you have two kids you working 7.30am to 5.30pm and you have only one day because you work 6 days its a little difficult for all of these
