It's not just the interest rates that are keeping people from buying, it's the house prices. They rose way too fast and wages haven't kept up...making owning a home out of reach for many.

I don’t agree. If Canada has low interest rate and US keep interest rate high, it can motivate investor to take out more loans/margin to invest. Such as housing 🏠✨
