i like the verse melody!! i think lyrically, maybe you could try to paint a slightly more specific picture/use some more imagery especially as a nice contrast to the more general lyrics in the hook🩵

Some ideas to spice things up maybe: idky im feeling a telephone/megaphone effect on it could play on the anxiety theme bc it's an altered sound the same way anxiety can alter the way we see things.
