Olive-Caper Bucatini ✨ Recipe from @foodnetworkkitchen ✨ Bucatini Garlic ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ (I’m a hoe for garlic) Capers— drained Red pepper flakes Olive oil Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes Pitted Kalamata Olives 3tbsp Unsalted Butter cubed Fresh Basil Mozzarella Cheese Boil extra salted water and cook bucatini as the label directs! Reserve 1/2 cooking water before draining your pasta. Add crushed garlic, capers & crushed red pepper to a bowl. I had a pestle & mortar but I couldn’t find my pestle so I chose to embarrass myself😭😭😭😭 Mash those up and then add oil and more capers. Chop olives and add those as well. Next, chop basil and grate your mozzarella. Add your diced tomatoes and chopped up butter to your other mixture, and then finally add your mozzarella and basil and mix. Finally add the bucatini and toss until all the butter in there is melted! If needed to moisten (L word I know 😩😭), you can add some of the reserved pasta water. Taste and season to your liking.
