So I’m on carnivore for 28 days and started incorporating a bit of tomatoes or a cucumber and my weight didn’t stall. I also put little drop of honey on my hand and kinda have a taste when do coffee

Girl try an airfryer! It has definitely been a game changer for me! When its done, cut it up and thrown it in the castiron for just a couple seconds with some melted butter! So good.

19 pounds is decent but if you are eating over 2000 calories that’s why you’ve stalled. I made sure I didn’t go over 1800- look into hyper ketosis if you need more volume of food to feel full
